Terms of Service
1. About these terms and us
These terms govern your use of the Traders Temple public website, the free Foundation learning journey and free Trader Match™ V1 made available through it.
Traders Temple Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 10835955. Registered office: 12 Gateway Mews, Bounds Green, London, England, N11 2UT. In these terms, “Traders Temple”, “TT”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Traders Temple Ltd.
Please read these terms before creating a Foundation account. We make them available in a form you can save or print. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account. Browsing the public website remains subject to the provisions that naturally apply to browsing, including acceptable use, intellectual property, risk information and liability.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Initial launch scope
The initial public launch covers:
- the public Traders Temple website;
- free access to the Foundation educational journey;
- free Trader Match™ V1, an informational compatibility service that compares a user-supplied profile with independently verified programme rules;
- account registration, email verification, login, password reset and continuing access; and
- Contact, Support and Complaint routes and the transactional messages needed to operate them.
The following are not part of the initial launch contract: paid subscriptions, purchases, payment processing, refunds, newsletter or marketing automation, Market Intelligence commercial access, future paid, premium or commercial Trader Match access and Track D. A “Coming Soon” reference is information about possible future availability, not an offer, promise, reservation or entitlement. Any future paid or additional service will require its own approved scope and, where appropriate, clear pre-contract information and additional terms before activation.
3. Educational service only
Traders Temple and Foundation provide general education, methodology and informational material. They do not provide personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice; portfolio management; trade execution; or a recommendation to enter, hold or exit a transaction.
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to trade, obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate, and checking the current terms and risk information of any broker, platform, prop firm or other third party you choose to use. Our Risk Disclosure forms part of the information you should read before relying on any trading-related content.
We do not promise profit, funding, account retention, trading competence or any other outcome. Educational progress, examples and scenarios are not predictions or performance guarantees.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Foundation account. You must provide accurate information, use an email address you control and complete required email verification.
Your account is personal to you. Keep your sign-in details secure, do not share access and tell Support promptly if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where that activity results from your failure to take reasonable security precautions.
We may use proportionate automated controls to verify email ownership, suppress duplicate requests, protect accounts and route operational messages. We will not ask you to disclose your password by email or through Contact or Support.
5. Foundation access
Foundation is offered free of charge at initial launch. We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Access depends on a working internet connection, a compatible browser and the availability of systems and service providers that support the journey.
We may maintain, improve or correct the service. If a material change adversely affects continuing access, we will give reasonable notice where practicable. We may temporarily interrupt access for security, maintenance, legal compliance or events outside our reasonable control, and will take reasonable steps to restore it.
Your learning progress does not represent a qualification, regulated credential or guarantee of suitability or performance unless we expressly state otherwise in a separately governed publication.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website or Foundation unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person;
- attempt to bypass access, security, rate-limit or verification controls;
- introduce malware, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, or interfere with availability;
- impersonate another person or submit information you know is false;
- harass staff or other users, or submit abusive, threatening or unlawful material;
- copy, scrape, systematically extract, republish, sell or commercially exploit protected content except as the law or our written permission allows; or
- use Traders Temple content to train or populate a commercial model, dataset or competing product without our written permission.
Reasonable use of ordinary browser features, accessibility technology and search-engine indexing expressly permitted by our technical controls is not prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
The website, Foundation content, Trading Trinity methodology, branding, text, graphics, software and course structure are owned by or licensed to Traders Temple and protected by intellectual-property law.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the launch services for your own learning. This does not transfer ownership. You may make limited extracts for personal study where lawful, but may not remove notices, republish substantial content or exploit it commercially without permission. Statutory exceptions and other rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.
You retain ownership of material you submit. You give us only the permission reasonably needed to receive, store, route and respond to that material, operate the requested service, protect the service and comply with law, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or depend on third-party services. Those organisations control their own services and terms. A link does not by itself mean endorsement or a guarantee of accuracy, availability, legal status or suitability. We are responsible for choosing and operating our service providers with reasonable care, but not for independent third-party products or decisions outside our reasonable control.
9. Privacy, cookies and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including account, support and operational records. Our cookie information explains the technologies used on the website and how controls work.
At initial launch, account verification, password reset, security notices, Contact/Support receipts and necessary service messages are transactional communications. They are not newsletter consent and will not be repurposed as marketing without a separately governed lawful basis and any consent required by law.
Non-essential cookies or similar technologies must not be activated before any legally required consent. You must be able to refuse or withdraw that consent as easily as you give it.
10. Contact, support and complaints
You can use the governed Contact and Support routes for routine help. We aim to respond within two business days; this is an operational aim, not a guaranteed service level.
If you are dissatisfied with a Traders Temple service or with how an enquiry has been handled, submit a complaint through the Contact page and select Complaint. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days and respond substantively as soon as reasonably practicable. This route does not imply access to a regulated financial-services complaint scheme or ombudsman where none applies.
Privacy-rights requests may be sent to admin@traderstemple.com. Material legal, privacy, security or governance matters are escalated under our operational controls.
11. Suspension and ending access
You may stop using the service at any time and may ask Support about closing your account, subject to the Privacy Policy and any lawful retention requirement.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. Unless urgent action is reasonably required, we will explain the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to correct a remediable breach. We will not use this power arbitrarily.
We may withdraw Foundation as a whole only for a legitimate security or legal reason, or a material operational or commercial reason affecting Traders Temple's ability reasonably to continue providing Foundation. Where practicable, we will give reasonable notice and explain what happens to account data and access. We will not use this power arbitrarily, and your existing consumer protections remain unaffected.
12. Responsibility and liability
We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights. We remain responsible for performing the free Foundation service with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for trading losses or decisions you make based on general educational material, provided we have supplied the service with reasonable care and have not made a misleading statement on which you reasonably relied. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by an independent third party, your failure to follow reasonable security instructions, or events outside our reasonable control.
For consumers, we are responsible for loss that was a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses where you use the consumer launch services principally for trade, business, craft or professional purposes.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for a genuine legal, security, operational or service reason. Changes apply prospectively. We will identify the version and effective date and make the current terms available to save. If a change materially affects an existing Foundation account, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable and explain the change. We will not use a change to remove accrued rights or avoid an existing responsibility unlawfully.
14. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to use local courts that apply under the law of your home jurisdiction. Nothing here forces a consumer to use a particular dispute process or prevents lawful court proceedings.
15. General
If a court finds part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as they can fairly operate. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. No person other than you and Traders Temple has a right to enforce these terms, except where the law provides otherwise.
