Private trading mentorship with Michael Neo

The person across the table

The work came first.
The public profile came later.

In Michael’s words

For twenty-seven years I have traded, managed funds, built a brokerage and developed investment strategies.

Alongside that I worked privately with traders and investors. Almost all of them came by referral. Someone I had worked with passed on my name. I never advertised and never built a public profile. There was no reason to. The work came from people who already knew what it was.

Traders Temple is the first time I have made any of it public. Foundation School is free and open to anyone: a place to learn the language of the markets, understand risk, and start building a process you can follow.

Private mentorship is the other end of the same work. I look at what you are trading, where you keep getting stuck and what needs to change. Then I hold you to it. That takes time, attention and an honest conversation. No video or indicator does that.

What has changed is that you no longer need to know someone to find me.

Recognising changing risk

A strong rally still needs
a difficult question.

When a market is accelerating, enthusiasm can crowd out scrutiny. On 25 January 2026, Michael questioned whether silver’s rally was becoming overstretched.

The warning. Then the correction.

On 25 January, Michael warned that silver’s rally was overstretched relative to its 200-week moving average and that a sharp correction could begin within two to four weeks.

It came sooner. Spot silver reached $121.64 per troy ounce on 29 January. On 30 January, five days after his message, it fell as low as $77.72. That was about 36% below the previous day’s peak.

The decline continued, with rebounds along the way: silver reached $60.94 in March and $54.74 in July, roughly 50% and 55% below January’s peak. The full 55% fall unfolded over months.

The warning preceded a substantial correction. The message also contained forecasts about the timing of a bottom and a later rally; the subsequent fall does not establish that those forecasts were correct. In mentorship, this is the work: examine how far a move has stretched, challenge the reasons for staying exposed, and decide your risk limits before the reversal.

Price sources: Reuters reports on 30 January, 11 May and 2 September 2026. US dollars per troy ounce; percentage falls are measured from the January peak.

Question the thesis.
Reassess the risk.

The work is to build judgement you can explain and apply yourself. A past market view is a discussion point, not an instruction for your next trade.

4 programmes

Choose the work your trading needs.

Prices are the total fee for the programme; nothing is sold inside a session. Every programme starts with a required 30-minute introductory call before payment.

Pay in full, or use interest-free instalments on the longer programmes, as set out in the written offer.

Every programme is priced at £400 per scheduled meeting hour. The Half-Year includes 15 hours: twelve 60-minute sessions plus two 90-minute reviews. The Year includes 30 hours: twenty-four 60-minute sessions plus four 90-minute reviews. Preparation and the written support described for each programme are included in its fee.

The Correction

Diagnose it. Develop it. Return to test it.

3 × 60 minutes · within 8 weeks

3 meeting hours in total

For a trader ready to change one part of their process. Diagnose the problem, develop a better approach, then return with evidence from practice. Three connected sessions give the change a proper review.

The Quarter

Change the process. Apply it. Refine it.

6 × 60 minutes · 12 weeks · fortnightly

6 meeting hours in total

For changes that need sustained implementation. Put the work into practice between meetings, return to recurring difficulties and refine the process into a written operating plan, with defined written support. You are paying for the return to your work, not six unrelated lessons.

Why it costs what it costs

The tools are free now.
The losing isn’t.

Once, a point-and-figure chart was drawn by hand: noughts and crosses in pencil, one box every ten pips, three boxes against you before changing column, every price checked against the last box you’d drawn.

You had to understand the method just to have the chart.

Today it is a single click.

Charting platforms put indicators, data and analysis within easy reach. AI adds another powerful analytical tool, available around the clock. The trader with the pencil would have called it magic.

But access to better tools does not give you a repeatable process or the discipline to follow it when your own money is at risk.

The AI has nothing at risk. You do.

What no platform ships is your understanding of what trading and investing actually involves: a repeatable process, explicit risk rules, and the discipline to follow them when it counts. That foundation is the whole of this work.

So this is what you are paying for. Not information. That is free. Twenty-seven years of judgement formed on the professional side of the screen, prepared for and applied to your decisions, one-to-one, with the time built in to measure what changed.

Meet before
you commit.

Applications are reviewed around Michael’s existing commitments, with time reserved to prepare, review and follow through properly. Every programme requires a 30-minute introductory call; the work is scoped before you pay.

  1. Application and review

You send the form. Michael reviews it and we aim to respond within 48 hours.

  2. 30-minute introductory call

If the work looks like a fit, you receive a link to choose a time for a 30-minute introductory call. This call is required before joining any programme.

  3. Your written offer

After that conversation, if you want to proceed, you receive a written offer setting out the programme, scope and conditions, and a proposed appointment schedule. Nothing is booked and nothing is paid for until you decide. Read the mentorship conditions.

Questions before you begin.

Getting started

Who is mentorship for?

People who have already started trading, even for a short time, and understand basic trading concepts and terminology. If you are completely new, start with our free Foundation School before applying for private mentorship. Explore free Foundation School.

What should I expect during the introductory call?

Every programme begins with a 30-minute introductory call with Michael. It is a chance to meet, talk through your trading experience and understand what you want to achieve. You will discuss your current approach, where you feel stuck, the challenges you keep encountering and your goals for your trading. Michael will ask questions to understand the support you need, explain how the mentorship works and help you consider which programme may be suitable. There is time for your questions too. The call is free and required before joining any programme, with no obligation to join.

What markets can we discuss?

FX, indices, equities, crypto, commodities and precious metals. Options structures and hedging strategies can be discussed where relevant. Longer engagements make room for multi-asset intermarket analysis, sector rotation and the relationships between currencies, equities, commodities and rates.

Can I bring my own trades or charts?

Yes. Bring your own examples, your written system and the reasoning behind your decisions. Remove account numbers and personal details first. Agree material in advance so Michael can prepare.

What if my application is declined?

Availability depends on existing commitments and not every application is a fit, most often because the timing is wrong or because Foundation School is the better starting point. If that is the case we will tell you plainly and say why. Your details are handled in line with our privacy policy, and you are welcome to apply again later.

Choosing a programme

How do I choose between the programmes?

Start with the shape of the problem. The Correction focuses on a recurring difficulty; the Quarter brings your system, risk and execution into one framework. A longer engagement gives you time to put changes into practice and return to them across different market conditions. The introduction helps establish which approach fits the work.

Would repeating a shorter programme cost less?

Not for the same total meeting time. Ten Corrections provide 30 hours for £12,000, the same meeting time and fee as the Year. Eight Corrections cost £9,600 but provide only 24 hours, without the Year's six hours of strategic reviews. Two Half-Years also total £12,000 for 30 hours. The reviews are the difference. Four times across the year, a 90-minute session steps back from the fortnightly work and returns to the thesis you started with: what changed in the market, what changed in your thinking, which assumptions held and which did not. Shorter programmes repeated back to back give you more sessions. They do not give you a year of retained context to review them against.

The boundary

Will Michael tell me what to buy or sell, or give signals?

No. This is education and general market analysis, not personal investment advice or a signal service. Michael helps you examine your thinking and process; your decisions remain yours. There is no portfolio management, execution or account control, and no promise of returns.

Practical

What happens between sessions?

The Correction includes a written recap within two working days and one written question between sessions. The Quarter includes a written recap within two working days and two questions per fortnight. The Half-Year includes a written recap within two working days, email access with one thread per topic, and a monthly check-in. You receive a written recap within two working days. The Year includes email access, with one thread per topic, and a monthly check-in. Replies come by the next working day. This is written support about the work, not live monitoring or checks on open trades.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. The Quarter has three monthly instalments; the Half-Year has five monthly instalments; the Year has four quarterly instalments. All are interest-free. The first payment is before the first session, with the remaining dates set out in your offer. If a payment is missed, we contact you and may suspend future appointments. If the programme ends, the balance is settled under the agreed cancellation conditions.

How does scheduling work?

Booked up front: All your session dates are locked in right when you join, set to your local time zone
Rescheduling: Need to move a session? Just give us at least 48 hours' notice.
If you're running late or having tech issues, just drop us a line so we can help. We hold the line for 15 minutes before wrapping up. Naturally, if we ever have to reschedule a session on our side, it won't affect your allowance.

Can I change my mind before committing?

Yes. Nothing is charged when you apply, and nothing is charged after the introduction unless you choose to proceed.

What are the cancellation and refund conditions?

Your programme is a commitment over an agreed period, rather than a pay-as-you-go service. UK consumers normally have 14 days after the day the contract is agreed to cancel. If you expressly request an earlier start, statutory rules govern any charge for services supplied during that period. After that period, a change of mind does not automatically entitle you to a refund of all unused sessions. Settlement covers work supplied and reasonable, evidenced net losses caused by cancellation, less saved costs and recovered income, without double charging. We provide an itemised calculation. Any balance due to you is refunded; any justified outstanding amount is explained. The combined charge cannot exceed the programme fee. A pause or transfer to another available TT service may be agreed but does not replace a cash refund you are legally entitled to. Full conditions are supplied with your offer before you commit. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Are sessions recorded?

Recording is off by default. Any exception needs prior agreement and explicit consent covering use, access and retention.
